I ordered some SX-70 film for my old Polaroid camera that I found at the thriftstore, now I just have to hope it actually works!! I can't wait to take pics

Wow! That is so awesome! Now I don't have to cut those nubs off 600 film & trick the light meter!
yah pretty cool! I don't know how to do that altering stuff.. I'd sure like to learn tho. ;o)
It's easy! 600 fits but you'll see a few little plastic nubs that stick up on one end. Clip them off with nail clippers and you're ready to shoot! The 600 film is more sensitive than the sx70, so your shots will be over exposed. Kinda cool in low light situations. Many people just put some sort of light filter over the meter to correct the issue
HA thanks! I will have to try that out if this other places runs out of the sx-70. if you take a lot of polaroids you should post some that you have taken!
I finally got a really nice SX-70 to shoot with & that site isn't selling film now...
