Tour De Fat Tire

Ok, first off- I'm a dumbass for coming home from work on Friday and downing nearly a whole bottle of wine while chatting with my roommate. It killed the rest of the weekend fun for me. I don't know what came over me-I passed out on the living room floor and got up to go to bed at 9:30pm. I feel like such a loser when that happens HA. Woke up at 5am and couldn't fall back asleep bcuz I felt too ill. I met up with Virginia and Mone around 9am and we hit up the Farmers Market and then took our bikes on the light rail to head down to Tempe for the Tour De Fat Tire Fest. It was my first time on the light rail and I like that you can bring your bikes on it. Too bad I felt as if I was going to spew the whole time. How embarrassing would that be to puke on a train? I managed to spew in the outhouse, Ciba Hut and while riding my bike (without even stopping) all in one day and I couldn't even really enjoy the beer at the festival. Red Bull and one beer did seem to help a bit tho but that was it. I'm cooling it with the booze. I'm not in my 20's and my body can't handle it so well. I did enjoy the Tour De Fat Tire and I will DEF go back next year. I hear they banned them from having it in Flagstaff, AZ because they drank the most beer out of all the cities on the tour? Dunno if that is true or not-funny if so. Lots of neat stuff/people to gawk at. I love people watching.

Kelly and Angela waited in the long line to ride these funky bikes. They had all kinds of goofy bikes for people to ride.

This was the BIGGEST Lab I have ever seen. His head was bigger than mine. He was a good backrest.

After the fest people headed over to Casey Moores. I love riding bikes, I need to do it more often.
