If you have never done so then you really should start listening to these radio/Internet broadcasts of This American Life. They are SO great, esp for that looooong plane or car ride. I try to listen to them at work but it's near impossible with all the interruptions. Here's a link to their previous shows. You can subscribe and then download it for free a week after the original broadcast. Ira Glass is so cool.
I made Chili last night. It turned out pretty good-I love to put cheese and Fritos in it. I actually hated chili when my Mom would make it in the old days. Then somebody told her to put cheese and Fritos on it and I was HOOKED. It helps mask the squishyness of the pinto beans.
