About Last Night...

Ugh, I'm so tired and it's partially my fault for it. I was doing my daily craigslist screening and I discovered this listing and it sounded pretty appealing. We didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. This house was FULL from top to bottom with stuff..tons of STUFF! The bike we went to check out (for Nick for his friend, no not for me-blah) was a '68 Harley Iron Head. Nick had to crawl over stuff to even look at it. Then he had to dig thru the guys garage to find the misc parts that went along with the bike. They had two options of getting the bike out of the garage, one was to Lift it up over all that shit and roll it thru the house or pry the garage door open that was blocked by more stuff outside and then roll it back thru the house as well. They were able to pry the garage door open with the help of SwaziMoto (this guy had a swazi tattoo and white pride tattooed on him) and the Waylon Jennings look alike owner. All in all it was a 4 hour ordeal. Mandy and I prob should have stayed home. I left my house at 6pm and didn't get home till midnight. That's the latest I've been out on a work night in a LOOOONG time. I'm usually in bed by 9:30-10:00 (Grandma). I dug thru old Easy Riders and found a few things to take home myself. I tried to get them to sell me the 1st issue of Easy Riders but they didn't want to sell it.. :o( it was from 1971, a year after I was b, oops,I mean a year before I was born. They aren't worth much but I love looking at them. I did come home with a big school map of the world and This groovy wall hanging-but mine is faded-the guy said it was hanging on the garage wall for the last 20 years.

swear, he looked like Waylon minus a few things. I'm lonesome, on'ry and mean today - I'm so tired and have a headache.

Words can't really describe that place. This is exactly why I usually don't go along for Craigslist outings!

The Hoarders.. they all live in places like that. I know someone that has a similar hoarder palace that would probably make that place tidy.

I need that Dave Mann carpet.

Filo ha.. you don't really have to translate that whole movie for me-if you do, I want YOU to send me a video of you acting out all the parts as well. thank you! ;oP

I did spend hours in a place like that and all I came out with were TWO things-crazy huh? They were so nice they let me have them for free..

thats weird they didn't have the bike pulled out and accessible for you to look at. I'm sorry you aren't feeling well, I have been feeling crappy too. Hope you get some sunshine this weekend!

Sweet score on the Mann wall hanging. Looks like it's seen some sun.
