Yoga in LA

If you live in the Los Angeles area and are interested in Yoga my best friend Jazmine just did a little post about instructors/classes on her Blog She'll give you any recommendations or advice that you need. Sometimes I try to wimp out on going to classes with her when I visit by forgetting my yoga clothes/mat but we wear the same size clothes so it never works HA!

I still haven't taken any other classes in AZ besides the workshop BK did but I'm weird about doing certain things alone. If any of you guys want to go in AZ and can force me to go give me a call! My roommate has said I should take the Bikram classes with her but I think the heat would kill me.

Daily Heart On

I love the idea above, all the images below are from this post from the same blog. I like the eco-friendly stuff. I TRY, not the best but at least I try to do somethings to be somewhat eco-friendly at the house -like i'll try to do one big load of laundry once every couple of weeks instead of a lot of tiny ones, I try not to leave the TV or lights on when I leave the house -tho sometimes I will leave one light on in the house for safety, I don't take showers every day (Oh now I hear you all saying EWW GROSS) I don't care if I turn the heater on in the winter, but it's easier to do when you live alone and I do not, but i'm just saying how I like to do things. I DO however HAVE to have air. I've lived one summer in AZ with no air and that was hell. I think I may switch to the LUSH shampoo bars found here also. Ya know you can always try to be super eco friendly but there's always something you will do that will not be so friendly. Driving, flying, etc etc.. but it's always nice to try in some way, shape or form. OH once I did leave the oven on half a day when I left, not so smart ey?

The Craziness of Last Chance

I took Cindy to Last Chance while she was here. I videotaped it. This place is crazy at times. I prefer to go during the week after work. It's pretty much a place where Nordstroms sells stuff that's been worn and returned, damaged, overstocked or unable to be re-sold at the store. You can find awesome stuff for super cheap-like that Lanvin shirt and shoes and Prada boots and CHLOE and Marc by Marc Jacobs and all kinds of good stuff.

Curious

So I have the red bike below but my handlebars are currently like the ones below. I want to make them like the ones above. Do I just cut the ones I have to get this shape or do I have to buy new ones? I saw these on Ebay for cheap but I just wonder if I could use my own. I'd prob have to get new brakes then maybe also? Not sure about this kinda stuff. I hate bending over and my arms start to ache from the pressure I'm putting on them when I ride, not only that but BOY now I know why they wear those padded shorts-my o my it's like I got kicked in the you know what!! I actually motivated and took my bike on an hour ride down the path by my house. There's great paths near the Dreamy Draw.

We are Free

My Ruby against My Chi Chi

Hit up the Farmers market Saturday morning along with Matt's Big Breakfast. I think the only thing I have EVER ordered from there is the Belgium Waffle and Bacon. I'm a weirdo like that.

The colors were so pretty

This is the fiasco known as Last Chance. They hadn't opened the door yet and the people gather around like a buncha cows at the slaughter. I videotaped them going in also. That will come as soon as I post it on youtube. Last Chance is a discount place Nordstrom's sells all the stuff that's been returned, damaged or over stocked. It's where I found my Lanvin shirt for $5.99, Hudson jeans for $9.99 and Prada boots (which I now regret selling on Ebay) You can find a lot of good stuff for super cheap. They have a lot of Marc Jacobs and tons of other designer labels. I've even found SEE by Chloe stuff. If you ever come to the AZ you need to check it out. Preferably on a week night.
